Problem

Validation failed: DCB_Resistance = (value) out of rance (0.03-0.04)

Explanation of Problem

Resistance error encountered. Please check the actual value to determine the actual issue below

Possible Issue - IQC computer may need calibration

If the resistance value shown is withing the range 0.03 - 0.04 (in screenshot above the value is 0.036 which is within the range) then computer requires calibration.

Possible Issue - Resistance is outside the actual range

If the resistance value shown is outside the range 0.03 - 0.04 (below 0.03 or above 0.04) then battery may be faulty. Contact QC Supervisor for next steps.

They will contact Generac support for calibration steps. Do not proceed with more testing.
