Note: This is recommended to be performed in the morning before the shift starts to clear any memory issues with PC.

Solution

1. Press power button (red) to turn off the analyzer.
2. Unplug the power from the analyzer, wait 30 seconds or until the power button is no longer red.
3. Restart the PC.
   1. Click on the power button on the top right of the screen
   2. Select the reboot option
4. While the PC is rebooting plug power to analyzer
5. Turn analyzer on by pressing the power button
6. When PC restarts open Firefox and initiate a new test.
7. Verify all cables are connected.
8. Report any errors found to supervisor.
