Yes: Check internal URL.

No: Are you in Mexico network? If not, VPN connection or ask someone on site to verify.


Is the device accessible from internal URL?

Yes: Check check external URL if it works.

No: Are you in Mexico network? If not, VPN connection or ask someone on site to verify.


Is the device accessible from external URL?

Yes: Can you login to the portal.

No: Check internal URL/IP questions.
